Stakeholders Involvement in the Education of a Student

Peter, just trying to flesh this out to see what the relationship between stakeholders should look like. Is it fair to say that rolls are incremental with the teacher being the culminators (sp?) of listening to the other stakeholders and then interpreting, and thus, road mapping the proper “plan of action,” necessary to reach the desired goal? Can you suggest any other way to diagram this relationship?
